The 54.6V 2A charger is designed for charging 48V battery packs on Electric Bikes and Electric Scooters. Equipped with smart charging technology, it offers high efficiency charging and switch protections. It is compatible with a range of electric vehicles, including Lectric XP 1.0/2.0/3.0, Lectric XPremium, SONDORS Fold X, Ride1Up 700 series, and Himiway Cruiser.
It's important to note that the DC connector dimension is 5.52.1mm, which differs from the DC2.5 (5.52.5mm) connector. Before ordering, please double-check the DC connector size of your old charger to ensure compatibility.
When charging, first connect the DC terminal to the battery, then plug in the AC power cable. After charging is complete, unplug the AC terminal first, followed by the DC terminal. It's crucial to unplug both the DC and AC terminals when not charging or after charging is complete to avoid any issues.
The charger features LED indicators to provide status information. The red LED indicates that the power is on, while the red LED of the second indicator means the battery is being charged. The flashing red LED of the second indicator signifies that the battery will be fully charged soon, and the green LED indicates that the battery has been charged completely.
The package includes a 54V 2A Lithium Battery Charger with a US AC wire. The charger offers OVP (Over output Voltage Protection), OCP (Over output Current Protection), and SCP (Short Circuit Protection) to ensure safe and reliable operation.
The indication light will display red when charging and green when the battery is fully charged or broken (under 35.7V). If you see the green light immediately after plugging in the battery, disconnect and measure the battery voltage. Do not use the charger if the battery voltage is below 35.7V, as this can be dangerous.
The charger features a DC2.1, 5.5*2.1mm connector. Before purchasing, make sure your battery's charging port is compatible with the listed connector.
The high-frequency smart charging technology keeps the batteries at an optimal charge and operates quietly. The charger automatically switches between charging mode and float mode to ensure efficient and safe charging.
The working temperature range for the 54V 2A Lithium battery charger is -5 °C to +40 °C, and the storage temperature range is -40 °C to +70 °C.
