Your battery may be damaged. Lead-acid batteries have a limited lifespan, and if the battery is over 12 months old or has not been used for 2-3 months, it may be broken. In this case, the charger may still show a green light, indicating it is not charging. 3. The charger may be defective. If so, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement.
