Electric Bike Charger for 48V Lithium Battery

This 48-54.6V 2A electric bike charger is designed for 48V lithium batteries. It features an input voltage of AC120V and a DC2.1mm jack connector. The dimensions of the charger are 135x90x50mm.

The charger is compatible with Li-ion batteries and operates on a working power of 110Vac, 50 ~ 60Hz. It is suitable for a battery voltage of 48V and provides an output voltage of 54.6V, which is suitable for a 13S Li-ion battery. The output current is 2A, and the output plug is a DC 2.1mm jack connector.

The charger is equipped with battery protection features, including SCP (Short Circuit Protection), OVP (Over Voltage Protection), OCP (Over Current Protection), and OTP (Over Temperature Protection). It utilizes a three-mode intelligent charging process: constant current, constant voltage, and trickle (floating charge).

The charging efficiency of the charger is ≥85% (full load), and it can operate in a temperature range of -5°C to +40°C. The storage temperature range is -40°C to +70°C.

To use the charger, first connect the DC terminal to the battery, and then plug in the AC power cable. After charging is complete, unplug the AC terminal first, followed by the DC terminal. It is important to unplug both terminals when not charging or after charging is complete.

The charger has LED indicators to provide visual feedback on the charging status. LED 1 (red) indicates power on, LED 2 (red) indicates the battery is being charged, LED 2 (flashing) indicates the battery will be fully charged soon, and LED 2 (green) indicates the battery has been charged completely.

The package includes a 48V 2A lithium battery charger with SANS 54V 2A smart charger capabilities for 48V electric bicycles and electric scooters. It has input voltage protection of 120VAC 50/60HZ, as well as OVP, OCP, and SCP protections.
